If your goal is weight loss, or building healthy habits I believe online coaching offers a huge amount more value than in person training and so is the most effective way to help you reach your goals.
With 168 hours in a week, there's a lot that will happen outside of the couple of hours you would spend in a gym with a Personal Trainer. Online Coaching offers you with support and accountability throughout the entire week.
If you're looking for the flexibility to work out in your own time, a personalised programme written for just you and guidance at the click of a button, whenever you need it, then you're in the right place!
Our one to one coaching won't just guide you towards achieving your goals, we encourage sustainable lifestyle changes so when you finish your coaching journey, you have the knowledge, confidence & habits to continue on your own anytime, anywhere, for long-term success.
The first step in our journey together is for you to tell your coach all about yourself! From lifestyle to nutrition, exercise likes and dislikes, health history, goals and much more during a detailed consultation call where your coach gets to know you.
We will upload your personal training plan to your app account. Designed to help you achieve your goals, to fit into your lifestyle and with all your favourite exercises included. You will get to look over this before starting and let us know if you would like any changes.
After logging a food diary for a few days, we will use this information to calculate your calorie and protein goal starting points which we will adjust as the weeks go on as and when needed. You will also receive personalised nutritional guidance at check ins.
You will then be all set to get started. You will have access to your own account within my coaching app where you can log your nutrition, training & habits daily. Your coach will be able to see all of this to hold you accountable to completing it & make amends as required.
You will be able to get directly in touch with your coach throughout the week via the in-app messenger. No question is too big, small or silly so ask away. If you don't understand why you're doing something please ask. We would encourage you to send over videos of you performing exercises for form checks.
At the end of each week, you check in with your coach by answering some questions on how your week has been and uploading progress photos and body stats if you wish to do so. We will then review your week in full and send across written feedback with our advice on how to progress.
