Support: You'll be part of a supportive community of women who are all on the same journey as you. You'll have access to our private WhatsApp group where you can connect with other members, share your progress, and get support and encouragement when you need it most.
Accountability: We know that accountability is key to achieving your goals. That's why we'll check in with you weekly to see how you're doing, offer feedback and support, and keep you accountable to the goals you've set for yourself.

The best nutrition is about ensuring your body gets all of the nutrients it needs to perform it's best for you. You will receive personalised calorie & protein targets aligned to your goals which will allow for flexibility so you don't need to put your life on hold whilst working on yourself!
You will have a well-designed, scientific based progressive training plan to follow with 3 full body sessions and 2 cardio sessions per week. There will be the option of training in the gym, or in the comfort of your own home with just a pair of dumbbells.
Anything is possible with the right support! We will see you for a weekly live Q&A (can be watched on catch up), you will have access to the client hub page with downloadable resources as well as a bank of 5 minute educational videos to watch in your own time.
